Refund Policy for Luxury Stay Serviced Apartments
1. Booking and Payment
All reservations for our luxury serviced apartments are made through secure payment links. Full payment or a valid deposit must be received to confirm your booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Guest:
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable administrative fees.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.
No-show:
If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 20 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method via the payment link used at booking.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional, special, or discounted rates may be non-refundable. Such details will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for refunds or rescheduling due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure circumstances.
6. Changes to Booking
Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
